Indian chicken panini
2 naan breads (make your own or use the one you just have to bake)
100 g chicken
2 handfuls of diced zucchini
3 tbs Tikka Masala
Fry the chicken and season it with tikka masala. Either slice the bread in half or cut it like a pita bread.
Stuff the bread with chicken and other ingredients (or make a sandwich out of them). Grill (or toast) the bread until the cheese has melted. If you are using premade bread, you can take it out of the oven some minutes before its done and finish it in the toaster.
By the way, this goes especially well with tsatsiki.
