Artichoke and cheese with macaroni
200g good quality artichokes in oil
30g fresh spinach
3 tbs mixed nuts and seeds
2dl cheese flavored food cream (or just mix some cheese with regular cream)
salt, pepper & basil.
Cook the macaroni.
Dice the zucchini and fry it with spinach, nuts, seeds and artichokes using the oil from the artichokes. When the spinach is cooked, add the cream and bring to boil.
Season, mix in the macaroni and serve hot.
